All data is strictly managed based on the user’s explicit consent and is never sold, shared, or provided to third parties under any circumstances.

Your representative’s role is solely limited to confirming your well-being/passing therefore deciding whether your stored messages should be sent.

Since JAANE is a cloud based service, your data remains secure even if your smartphone/device is lost or stolen.
Your data can be restored by simply loggin in from a new device.
For added security, we recommend changing your password swiftly after signing in on a new device.

If there is no login activity and response from you for a certain period, a request to check on you will be sent to your representattive.
Messages are not sent automatically, but upon final judgement of a trusted person (your representative) hence ensuring no mis-fire of farewell messages due to mistakes or forgetting to respond.

Your data will be securely stored as long as your account remains active.
You can delete your data any time through the app, which will also be permanently erased from our servers after a certain period.
