We aim to let genuine connections flourish between people, by letting people reflect whilst expressing their sincere feelings for others, and delivering those heartfelt messages when the time comes.
Our goal is to spread the cycle of kindness between people, with the help of modern technology.

Message

“I will give you a happy life”
It’s a beautiful phrase, a worthy line for a proposal to your fiancée.

But depending on how you see it, you could argue that this also implies that you are not quite happy yet..

In a similar way, the longing to “be happy” could be an indication of the lack thereof.

So, does that mean most of us are unhappy?
Or perhaps we fail to notice the existing happiness that surrounds us.

We are all living in the same day. It’s called today.
Alas many of us get lost in the noise and busyness, worrying about the future and regretting things in the past. We often forget that we’re alive right here, and now.
JAANE wishes to be like beacon that subtly reminds us of the present, that we are living here and now.

We believe that reminding ourselves to savour life today, each day, would make us just a little kinder, and perhaps bit more braver too.
And many people doing so, would make society a kinder, more heartwarming place.

Yoshiyuki Shiohara Representative Director (CEO)

Founder of JAANE. After experiencing a sudden death of a close family member in his teens, he leaned to constantly reflect upon life, death, happiness and fulfillment.
While running multiple businesses, including English-related ventures, he continues to create new ways for people to live with greater kindness.

He joins Z Co., Ltd. after feeling a deep connection with the vision of the founder, whilst running a consulting firm specializing in management, digital transformation, and organizational development.
He leads the development of the JAANE service, and strives to create a kinder society to help more people live a fulfilling life.

Makoto Tezuka Director/ Tax accountant

After establishing his own business as a certified tax accountant, he began studying English—which led him to meet the founder Shiohara.
Moved by the company’s vision of enriching life through facing your mortality, he decided to join and contribute to JAANE’s growth. Continuous learning is his motto and frequently travels abroad in search of new ideas.

Akira Onuki Director / CMO

His career started at an advertising agency, working as an account director and PR producer.
After some time he moved into a management role in a different PR firm, overseeing multiple departments, later experiencing a successful IPO in the Tokyo Stock Exchange Growth Market in March 2024.
Following the successful IPO, he starts his own business.
Whilst running his own business, he joins Z Co., Ltd. , after being deeply inspired by the founder’s passion.
